For Organizations

Questions about participating as a fundraising organization

Almost any organization can participate! This includes nonprofits, charities, schools, PTAs/PTOs, sports teams, churches and faith groups, civic organizations like Rotary or Lions Club, scout troops, and other community groups. If you have a cause and supporters, Trifecta can work for you.

Simply fill out our Organization Interest Form on the For Organizations page. Our team will reach out within 2 business days to discuss the program, answer any questions, and get you set up. There are no sign-up fees or commitments.

Your organization receives 60% of each package sale. Funds from package sales are paid out monthly via check, mailed within 10 days of month end. The ongoing 5% contributions from additional services are also paid monthly.

When a customer who purchased a Trifecta package returns to Adam & Son Auto Repair for additional services beyond their oil change, 5% of that service (up to $100 per visit) goes back to your organization. This continues indefinitely, creating ongoing passive income for your cause.

All participating organizations receive access to a shared Google Sheet that shows real-time tracking of packages sold, customers who have redeemed, and ongoing 5% contributions. This ensures complete transparency.

We provide digital and printable marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and talking points. We can also customize materials with your organization's logo and information.

We recommend sharing through email newsletters, social media, in-person events, and word of mouth. The value proposition is strong: supporters get a great deal on auto services while making a significant donation to your cause. Most organizations find their supporters are eager to participate.

General

General questions about Trifecta and our partners

The Stranded Motorist Fund (SMF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps families in transportation crisis. They provide vehicle repairs, donated cars, and other transportation assistance to people who need reliable transportation to get to work, medical appointments, and other essential destinations. 40% of every Trifecta package sold supports SMF.

Trifecta Gives Back is one of several programs under the AiN Collective umbrella. AiN Collective is the parent organization that also operates the Stranded Motorist Fund and Repairs for Purpose. Together, these programs create a comprehensive approach to community transportation support.

Adam & Son Auto Repair is a trusted, family-owned auto repair shop in Colorado Springs. They partner with Trifecta as the redemption location for all oil change packages. Adam & Son is committed to community service and provides 100% of the package sale value to organizations and SMF.

Currently, Trifecta packages can only be redeemed at Adam & Son Auto Repair in Colorado Springs. Organizations from anywhere can participate, but their supporters must be willing to redeem packages in Colorado Springs. We're exploring expansion to other locations in the future.

Trifecta Gives Back is a program, not a standalone nonprofit. However, the 40% that goes to the Stranded Motorist Fund is a tax-deductible charitable contribution, as SMF is a 501(c)(3).
